Out going calls to local numbers, without leading zero, are used to determine the location called to.

So, as example, numbers in Berlin/Germany starting with 3414 are located in Leipzig/Germany.

Maybe you have forgotten to enter area code in settings -> credentials?
Normally if there is a outgoing call without leading zero, BoxToGo internally adds this area code (e.g. 030 for Berlin) at the beginning, so that city Berlin is shown below phone number.
If not, please send me screenshots of your BoxToGo call list.
